Mirror, tell me who I am

As in my previous work, I took the circle as a basic form, which is antique and universal symbol of the unity and integrity. It supplements the thoughts and the idea of the work itself. In this creation I literally played with the circle, trimming one in another, inserting pieces into each other, and I even left one circle as a whole.

In fact, my thoughts were towards self-understanding and the influence of the people around us; our ability, in front of ourselves and the others, to take the mask out of our face?! How much, in fact, our close people are reflection of ourselves?! It is for that reason the creation is named “Mirror, tell me who am I”. Hence, every piece of work has two faces, which are apparent at the first moment on some pieces, but might be hidden or minimal on other pieces. Nevertheless, both faces are beautiful because they are unique.
